update AVW coefficients for OLCI S3B, added aer_wave_base parameter to l2gen, updated the SensorInfo files, updated l3mapgen_defaults_ILW.par existed for meris, ocrvc, olci, new l0info_pace can read harp, hkt, oci and spex L0 files, added OCI to update_luts, renamed hmodis to modis throughout the code, renamed all of the L1 l2gen readers for consistantcy, fixed l2brsgen to read l2prod# in default files like l2gen does
