Extracted OCI L2 products do not match

These two methods of processing to L2 should have identical products:

1. From full granule, with l2gen spixl=751 epixl=1050 sline=851 eline=1150
2. From granule extracted with l1bextract_oci --spixl 701 --epixl 1100 --sline 801 --eline 1200, then l2gen spixl=51 epixl=350 sline=51 eline=350

All sensor_band_parameters, scan_line_attributes, and navigation_data variables are identical.

Top-of-atmosphere radiance geophysical_data/Lt is identical. But derived geophysical_data variables show small differences, starting with Rrs.
