Add keywords to autocompletion scripts

The shell autocompletion scripts don't include keywords for input parameters we've recently added. For example, the l2gen autocomplete is missing proc_uncertainty, georegion_file, and pixel_anc_vars (among others). The missing keywords should be identified and added.
