Python-based statistical analysis software for assessing analytical precision of phytoplankton pigment High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) measurements. The software processes quality-controlled laboratory data from the NASA GSFC HPLC facility (2012-2022), performs multivariate statistical analyses including regression modeling and LOESS smoothing, calculates precision metrics (coefficient of variation) for 25 phytoplankton pigments, and generates publication-quality figures and data tables. Developed as Scientific Research Demonstration Software (SRDS) to support the peer-reviewed manuscript "Precision of Phytoplankton Pigment Analysis by High Performance Liquid Chromatography: An Assessment of the Global Ocean Color Validation Dataset Analyzed by NASA." The software enables reproducibility of all published results and provides tools for ongoing quality assurance of NASA's ocean color validation dataset.
